TIPS on using calling cards

Read before placing a call...

  • How do I place a call?

– To make a phone call you need to dial a Toll Free or Local Access Number , enter the card´s PIN number after the prompt, and then dial the destination number (beginning with the exit code, usually 011 or 00 for international calls and 1 for domestic ones).

Note: You don’t have to dial the PIN number using Pinless calling cards, when calling from any of your registered phones!

  • How do I know if a card has Local Access numbers?

– You can see this information online, please check the card details.
– Check the instructions that you received by email with the PIN number

Please double-check the Local Access number with your Local telephone service provider. Make sure that calling that particular Local Access  will be considered as a local phone call for you; if not, the charge may apply from your Local telephone company as for a long distance call.

  • Is there any difference between calling from a mobile phone or landline phone?

– Yes. Your mobile service provider may charge you for calling the access number. If you are not sure about this charge, please confirm the cost to call the access number with your mobile phone provider.
When calling from USA & Canada there is no any difference if you are calling FROM a mobile phone or landline phone.

– Yes. Please note, cell phone rates are usually much higher than landline phone rates.
– If your cell phone has a Long Distance plan, you can use any Local Access number for that particular phone card and enjoy a lower rate.

  • Calling from a payphone.

– If you place a call from a payphone surcharges will apply. See the card details for more information.
Note: Sometimes the card´s balance is not enough to make a phone call using a payphone, but it is enough to make a phone call using landline phone or mobile phone.

  • Calling from Alaska, Hawaii, Dominican Republic, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or Canada.

– Please select an appropriate country from drop-down bar "From ", and see details for a phone card to find an Access Number you need.
If You need assistance please contact us.

  • How many minutes are on my card, and how can I check the balance left?
– Our phone cards are currency/cents based. The number of minutes depends on rate applied for the destination you call. You will be informed how many minutes you have on your card, after a destination number is entered; with some cards you will be notified about your balance after the PIN is entered.
