  • How do I place an order online?

– When you selected the phone card/s you wish to buy press the Buy button and follow the instructions.

  • How can I pay?

– You pay by entering your Credit/Debit card information in the required fields.
– Credit/Debit cards accepted are: Visa, Master Card, Amex and Discover card.
– Other payments methods: Paypal and Google Checkout
– We accept charges in US, Australian and Canadian Dollars, British Pounds, Euro, Brazilian Real, Mexican and Argentine Peso.

  • Is it secure to buy online?

– Yes. Payment transaction is processed by leading e-commerce Payment Transaction Company: VeriSign. For security reason we do not store your credit card information and your private information. Your credit card data is transferred to VeriSign directly using security protocol for Internet payments - SSL, so the information remains confidential. Site receives confirmation from VeriSign that your payment transaction is completed. This way is convenient, reliable, and absolutely safe.

  • Are there any charges?

– There are no any hidden charges on our phone cards. Please see card details for complete information regarding charges applied.

  • Are there any transaction fees with my order?

There is a US$ 0.50 transaction cost for any purchase for US$ 5.00 or less. We highly recommend you to make bigger purchases to avoid this fee. Take into account that the expiration date of the cards (if any) is not activated until it is used for the first time.

  • My order did not go through, will I be charged?/ I noticed multiple records on my online credit/debit card report. Did I get double charged?

– We always make sure that only valid transactions are charged. All invalid transactions will be voided. So you will not see the record on your credit/debit card bill (paper statement) if it is not a successful transaction. The record will go away in a couple days if it appears on your online bank record.

  • My payment does not go through, what should I do?

If your order can not go through smoothly after several tries, check if you have mistyped one of the following:

  1. credit card number;
  2. credit card security code
  3. credit card expiration date;
  4. credit card billing address.
  5. Make sure your credit card balance is enough for this transaction.
  6. Contact our customer service via phone.

  • Why must we verify an order?/What does verification in process mean?

– Verifying your order is our way of ensuring customer protection against credit card fraud. All fraudulent orders are reported to the appropriate authorities.
– After placing an order online many of our first time buyers are contacted by our highly-trained customer service representatives who inspect and verify the online purchases and guarantee your security.

  • How long time does it take to complete the process of verification?

– A couple minutes. If your order has been approved without any phone or email confirmation you may start using your calling card.

Receiving PIN and Dialing Instructions.

-You will receive an email from us containing your PIN number, Access Number and Dialing Instructions - everything you need to make your phone calls. The phone card does not have physical form and email is the only way of delivery.

  • Getting your PIN and Dialing Instructions

If your PIN was not received after 10 minutes have passed...

-Please make sure you´ve entered your email address correctly. -- There may be a problem with your e-mail server. -- You can fill out our contact form asking us to resend your card’s information or you may contact us by phone.
